“Maximum concentration is needed for the final piece of this breathtaking puzzle” – Gigi Dall’Igna

Ducati is now on the verge of winning the riders’ title with Francesco Bagnaia, winning the entire MotoGP season after winning the constructors’ and teams’ titles. Already focused on the task at hand for the Valencia GP, Ducati Corse general manager Gigi Dall’Igna did not fail to praise the performance of the manufacturer’s riders in Malaysia.

On Linkedin, he singled out four drivers in particular for their Sepang results – poleman Jorge Martín (Prima Pramac), Enea Bastianini (Gresini) and Marco Bezzecchi (Mooney VR46 Racing Team) who took second and fourth places, and Jack Miller who recovered sixth after an incident at the start:

– And then, another great performance from the Ducati riders, bikes and teams. From Martin’s pole position to the races led by Bastianini, Bezzecchi and Miller, the latter making a magnificent comeback after a contact at the start: all this, a sustained confirmation that makes me justly proud and offers a brilliant backdrop to the battle of the riders’ championship.

Dall’Igna stressed that all attention should now be on Valencia, where he promises the same approach as Ducati: “Now maximum concentration is needed for the final piece of this breathtaking puzzle, with the same spirit and approach as in the last races: Come on, Ducati!”.
