Bhopal/ Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh): BJP National Co-Organization General Secretary Shivprakash urged people to vote for BJP candidate Suman Sharma for mayor and party candidates in all wards if they want to speed up the process development.
He was addressing party workers present at the inauguration of the central electoral office in Gwalior. He said, “The BJP is our idea and the lotus flower is our candidate. Every poll worker should work hard in their area. It is the year of the centenary of the birth of Kushabhau Thackeray. Remembering his memory, it is our responsibility to engage every worker in the work of organizing and to take work from him.
He said, “The Modi government at the Center has lifted the poor and infrastructure development has taken place in the country. Our foreign policy has been a historic success. The Modi government has done a lot of work on the internal and external security of the country. The outward development movement of the country must not become an obstacle to Gwalior, so it is necessary for the BJP candidates to win.
Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said the party had nominated Suman Sharma as its candidate. There is evidence that the BJP thinks on the basis of the worker. Gwalior has been a BJP stronghold.
“Our ancestors continued the work of Jana Sangh. Narayan Krishna Shejwalkar was the first mayor of Jana Sangh. Comprehensive development has taken place in all sectors. He said that once the decision is made in our organization, the worker stands with the lotus and not with the individual. I urge you to ensure that Suman Sharma and the BJP councilor candidates are victorious with a huge majority, Tomar added.
Maharashtra co-leader Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya said the vote will take place on July 6, which has historic significance as it is the birth anniversary of Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee.
