Is the MBP 14 base suitable for mobile web and cross-platform development?

I currently have a base 14 MBP at home, but I also have a base 16 MBP with the M1 Pro, 32GB RAM, and a 1TB SSD on the way. I bought this MBP 14 because I got it at a fantastic price from Best Buy for $ 1,635.00 and couldn’t resist. I am in the process of upgrading an older 2010 cMBP 13, which seems really cramped to me, but that doesn’t seem to be the case with the 14 MBP. I have also connected it to an external 4K 43 “TV. So far I’ve only been running a simple React Native Project, with an Xcode iOS emulator and an Android Studio Android emulator, and this machine seems to handle all of that with ease. Memory pressure doesn’t seem to exceed yellow , even with about 30 tabs open in Chrome, and the swap appears to be less than 1GB. I really like this machine more than I thought, but what really worries me is the 16GB of RAM. Does anyone here get by with mobile web and cross-platform development on 16GB RAM? I am thinking of returning the machine, but the savings of around $ 1,400.00, after additional taxes and AppleCare + costs for the MBP 16, made me think. This MBP 14 seems to be a very good machine, especially for the price. e I got it. I am seriously considering returning it and being satisfied with the MBP 16 that I have on the way. Thanks for any help.
