Brinker International changes its management structure to align with its new strategy

Aaron White Promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer and Wade Allen returns to his role as Chief Digital Officer

DALLAS, October 25, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Brinker International, Inc. today announced Aaron White was promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer, Brinker International. In his new role, White will oversee all aspects of the team member experience for Brinker and Chili’s.® Grill & Bar, including recruitment and retention, talent selection, learning and development, and diversity, equity and inclusion. At the corporate level, she will also lead key business priorities such as culinary operations, catering services, guest engagement and team member relations.

Aaron joined Chili’s as an hourly team member and has dedicated his twenty-plus year career to serving Chili’s restaurant teams and guests. In her most recent role as Senior Vice President and Co-Chief Operating Officer of Chili’s, Aaron oversaw the operations of over 500 restaurants to ensure best-in-class operations and deliver excellent guest and team member experiences. His tenure with the brand has also included roles such as VP, Operations Services; Senior Director, PeopleWorks; and area manager. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and business from University of Tennessee.

In addition, Wade Allen will return to his role as Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Officer, this time focusing on growing the company’s offsite business and driving customers’ digital experience online through Chili’s app, To- Go and Delivery.

Allen joined Brinker in 2014 and previously served as senior vice president of innovation with oversight of culinary innovation, engineering, strategic growth, and virtual brand development and execution. He has held several leadership positions in technology, analytics and digital marketing. He will work with the CMO of Chile, Georges Felix; CIO, Pankaj Patra; and Chief Operating Officer, Doug arrives identify strategies and plans to accelerate Chile’s offsite activities, most of which are handled digitally.
